- Espresso – instead of espresso, you could use 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
Variations
- Make an iced vanilla latte by adding ½ tsp vanilla extract to the espresso
- Create an iced mocha latte by using chocolate milk, or by adding some chocolate syrup to the espresso
- For a cinnamon latte, foam the milk before adding and sprinkle some cinnamon on top
- Make a coconut latte by using coconut milk
Equipment
I use my trusty Breville Espresso machine to pull my espresso shots, but you can use whatever coffee machine and strong coffee that you love.
Storage
You can store pre-brewed espresso in the fridge for up to a week.
Top tip
For a stronger espresso taste in your iced coffee, freeze espresso in ice cube trays in advance and use these coffee ice cubes instead.
