Soothing Cold Remedy Tea

Are you suffering from a cold or flu? This soothing cold remedy tea made from fresh lemon, ginger, turmeric and honey can help soothe your cold symptoms and it tastes delicious! This tea is made from natural whole food ingredients and it's easy to make.

1 lemon, sliced 1 knob ginger, peeled and sliced 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp ground turmeric
Chop the lemon & peeled ginger knob into slices.
Combine the lemon slices, ginger slices, and honey in a mason jar.
Add the ground turmeric into the mixture, and mix thoroughly.
Store in the closed mason jar for up to one week in the fridge.
Put a few large Tbsp of this mixture into a mug and pour boiling water overtop to enjoy a soothing cold-busting tea. 🍋
