- 1 zucchini medium
- 2 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp dehydrated minced garlic
Thinly slice one medium zucchini (or half of a large one). Make sure your slices are similar in thickness. The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips will be.
In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with about 2 tsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of ground pepper, and 1/2 tsp of dehydrated minced garlic. If you want to make things a little easier, use a pre-mixed salt, pepper, and garlic spice blend.
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F. Lay your zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 10-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through. I recommend checking them after about 8-10 minutes and keeping a close eye on them after that. Pull out any slices that start browning to avoid burning.
Once they’re crispy and golden, carefully remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. They’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
