Simple Every Day Maple Vanilla Latte

- ½ cup water
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 shots espresso
- ½ cup your milk of choice
In a mason jar (or another glass container), mix one part water with one part pure maple syrup. Add pure vanilla extract to taste. I mix 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup syrup and add 1 tsp vanilla. Bonus: You can store this syrup in the fridge and use it later!
Pull two shots of espresso. I use my Breville Barista Express to make all my espresso. In a metal container, add 1/2 cup milk of your choice plus 1 tsp of the syrup & vanilla extract mixture. Steam the milk.
Pour the flavoured steamed milk into your espresso and enjoy!
