How to Make a Healthier Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at Home

This healthier pumpkin cream cold brew is a perfect balance of rich coffee, smooth cream, and just the right amount of pumpkin goodness.

- 1 cup coffee cold brew
- 3 tbsp cream heavy
- 2 tbsp milk 2%
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
In a small jar, add the heavy cream, milk, maple syrup, pure pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice mix.
Froth the mixture with a handheld milk frother for about a minute or until the pumpkin sweet cream is thick and foamy.
Fill a tall glass with 1/2 cup of ice cubes. Pour in the cold brew coffee.
Slowly pour the pumpkin sweet cream over your cold brew coffee. Stir with a straw and enjoy!
