This warm and cozy matcha latte recipe only has 3 ingredients. Not only does matcha have health benefits, but it has a fresh taste that can't be described!

Equipment

  • milk frother / espresso machine
  • whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • In a large mug, whisk together the matcha powder and 1 tbsp hot water. Use 1 tsp for a milder taste, and up to 2 tsp for a stronger taste.
  • Add a 1/4 cup more hot water and whisk.
  • Pour the maple syrup into the milk, and then steam the milk mixture until frothy.
  • Pour the steamed milk mixture into the matcha and enjoy!
