This Avocado, Cottage Cheese & Hot Honey Sweet & Savory Breakfast Toast is the perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and spicy goodness that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp honey hot
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Start by toasting two slices of sourdough bread to your desired level of crispiness. 
  • Take the ripe avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Using a paring knife, carefully slice the avocado while it’s still in the skin. Use a spoon to scoop the slices onto the toasted sourdough, dividing them evenly between the two slices of toast. 
  • Add a dollop of creamy cottage cheese on top of the avocado slices.
  • Drizzle the hot honey over the cottage cheese and avocado layers, then sprinkle a generous amount of Everything Bagel seasoning over the top.
