Simple Every Day Maple Vanilla Latte

Looking for a comforting pick-me-up? Try this delicious maple vanilla latte!

Equipment

  • 1 espresso machine

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ½ cup your milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar (or another glass container), mix one part water with one part pure maple syrup. Add pure vanilla extract to taste. I mix 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup syrup and add 1 tsp vanilla. Bonus: You can store this syrup in the fridge and use it later!
  • Pull two shots of espresso. I use my Breville Barista Express to make all my espresso.
  • In a metal container, add 1/2 cup milk of your choice plus 1 tsp of the syrup & vanilla extract mixture. Steam the milk.
  • Pour the flavoured steamed milk into your espresso and enjoy!
