2 Ingredient Chaffles

These cheesy waffle-like bites of goodness are absolutely delicious, and a great alternative to a traditional waffle or a piece of bread.

Equipment

  • 1 mini waffle maker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Warm up the mini waffle iron, and then grate the cheese.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Add in the grated cheese and mix.
  • Pour 1 Tbsp of the egg & cheese mixture into the preheated mini waffle iron.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes or until the chaffle is crispy and golden brown on the edges.

Notes

  • You may want to brush some olive oil on your waffle maker to make the waffles come out easier.
  • You can use the batter to make one extra large chaffle using a traditional, regular sized waffle iron.
